At MGR Mobile Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new technology. If your device or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MGR Mobile account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Factory reset your device to remove all personal data and ensure all original accessories, manuals, and packaging are included in the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
